About the Journal

JEMA (Journal of Management) is published by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of the Widya Darma College of Economics, Kotamobagu. The journal focuses on publishing scholarly articles in the fields of management, business, and economics, with the aim of providing an academic forum for the exchange of knowledge, research findings, and best practices in the development of management science.

The journal uses the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, is open access, and adopts the publication ethics standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
